The design of the home is perfect for your Frio family vacation! Each bedroom has its own private bath and entry. The garage “cabana” is designed with two garage doors for maximum air flow in the summer heat. This will also be a perfect place to hang out by the pool, watch the game, and a little more dancin’ after the Garner Dance! Great location – 4 blocks from the House Pasture Restaurant & Music venue, 2 blocks from the Concan Country Club and a short distance from the Frio River.

Built in 2018, Hart of the Frio is located in the Concan Country Club. The roomy 4 bedroom – 4 ½ bath is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac on the 3rd fairway of the golf course.

There are many things to do in Concan during your stay. You can float the Frio River and when you want to just relax, enjoy some time poolside at Hart of The Frio. There are also may activities in the area from hunting, hiking, bat watching, shopping, and on and on.
